Sammy's first birthday was on the 15th. It was a snowy day! We had a little party at our house with some family, friends and cake demolition. Sam was not sure what to make of all the action- but he definitely liked the cake and presents- especially the wrapping paper! We got him a "Sammy-sized" wagon for his birthday, so his b-day cake is supposed to be a wagon. (thought that could use a little explanation- i do NOT claim to be a good cake decorator...). Ben and his friends, Ethan and Elliott, had fun in the snow after the party...Sam was too pooped to play.
