i'm betting anyone that knows what this picture is is groaning! HAHA! ...it's the bottle you have to drink before you have a colonoscopy:)
last month i posted my "new favorite"..."Mommy's Time-Out" wine. so today i'm posting my NOT-so favorite. Tomorrow's my annual colonoscopy. Wish me luck and CHEERS! (At least the bottle is littler this year, nice psychological effect!)
i'm thinking this year i'll do the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation walk on June 28. The walk funds research, awareness and patient education. This year the walk is in Queeny Park. Here's a link to my fundraising page for the walk:
