during bathtime tonight i had an "ah-ha" moment. (i suppose you could call it a "well, duh" moment.) anyway, we're starting to see glimpses of just how much Sam is watching his big brother Ben and ALL that Ben does. tonight Ben was banging something in the bathtub and playing his own little game while Sam was getting scrubbed down. then i noticed after Ben would bang the toy on the tub, Sam would do the exact same- same frequency/duration of BANGS!(sorry SLP language sneaking in there)- and it hit me why the second kid has so much more "potential" for being mischievous: he's learning to interact with and on the world from a 4-year-old! the 4-year-old only had the opportunity to learn from his boring parents, poor kid. now his little brother is reaping all of the joys of mischief taught by his expert big brother! lucky Sam!

Sam is learning fast...Ben is a good teacher, but will have to stay on top of things to keep ahead!!
Where does that leave poor Gran'ma & Gran'pa if V&B are "dumb parents"?
Ben & Sam you will have to go easy on us!! I guess we can just laugh a lot and enjoy all the entertainment they provide!
